This room is equipped with an AV system capable of presenting from a Zoom Ready touch panel or Portable device using the HDMI and USB connections for conference room camera and microphone.

• Make sure your device is powered on and awake.
• Connect your device using the supplied HDMI and USB cables.
• If your device requires a display adapter, connect adapter to cable first, then connect adapter to your device.
• If necessary, select Share Content on the Zoom touch panel.

Use the instructions below to operate the Zoom touch panel interface

• Select an already scheduled Zoom Meeting (on the left) or press New Meeting on the AV touch panel.
• Your Zoom session will begin and the touch panel will display a Zoom control screen.
• To use with your personal device connect the HDMI and USB cable provided then select Share Content on the Zoom touch panel interface and follow on screen instructions.
