This room is equipped with an AV system capable of presenting from a laptop or portable device.

• Make sure your device is powered on and awake.
• Connect your device using the supplied HDMI or VGA cables.
• If your device requires a display adapter, connect adapter to cable first, then connect adapter to your device.
• If necessary, select your desired source connection on the AV Touch Panel.

Using the installed camera & microphones for Zoom videoconference:

1. Connect the HDMI or VGA cable to your laptop. If using VGA, make sure the audio cable is plugged into the laptop headphone jack.
2. Connect the labeled USB - Camera & Mic cable to your laptop.
3. Wake up the AV Touch Panel and press the HDMI or VGA source icon.
4. Launch Zoom software, select CAM520 under Camera selection menu.
5. If necessary, use the camera remote control to adjust camera pan/tilt/zoom. Press Camera 1 at the top of the remote, then use the manual control buttons or camera preset buttons to control the view.
