Proud to be born and raised in Central Massachusetts, Jess then moved to the Midwest for several years before heading back east to New England. It has been over 10 years since her and her family settled in New Hampshire and enjoy calling the Seacoast their home. Jess graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a B.A. in Communications and Psychology. She started her career working for non-profit organizations that focused on social service programs for seniors. From there she gained experience working in a Testing Center, and in more recent years enjoyed working for a program that provided services for preschoolers with disabilities. Jess’s background has allowed her to work with people of all ages and abilities.
As the Testing Coordinator, Jess is responsible for working with both students and faculty around exam scheduling and coordinating the process to ensure that accommodation needs are met. Jess enjoys working with students and values the opportunity to be a part of their UNH journey and helping them succeed.
