UNH Offers Support, Wellness Resources and Tools

Dear Fellow Wildcats,

As we head into finals and a longer winter break than usual, we wanted to take a moment to remind you to take care of yourself during these stressful and challenging times. While finals and the cold and dark days of winter occur every year, this is the first time a pandemic may also be contributing to your overall anxiety and sadness. Please do not feel you have to tackle this alone; we are here for you even though we may be far apart. Emergency resources are available 24 hours a day, every day.

Wildcats do truly care and we’ve put together a list of tools and resources to help. Telehealth appointments are available with Health & Wellness and PACS; wellness programs are available via Zoom and there are opportunities to connect with other students. We’ve also added a new self-guided and interactive tool to support mental health and well-being for every member of our community. Check it out ; WellTrack is easy to use and free to anyone with a unh.edu email address.

We came #UNHTogether as a community to successfully navigate the fall semester but that doesn’t end when classes do. Stay in touch and reach out for support.
