Anchors aweigh!  Join us this morning as we head to picturesque Boothbay Harbor, ME, and Cap’n Fish’s Cruises for an Audubon Puffin and Scenic Cruise.  The cruise is narrated by the National Audubon’s Project Puffin, so you will see first-hand the National Audubon Society’s success in establishing a puffin colony on Easter Egg Rock and learn the history of the puffins.  This cruise is truly a magnificent “Seafari” for all nature lovers with seals, blue heron, an occasional whale, and other coastal wildlife.  You’ll also pass by several lighthouses and islands!

Following the morning cruise, you’ll enjoy lunch and time on your own at one of many nearby seafood restaurants, including Harborside 190 Bar and Grill, Fisherman’s Wharf Inn Restaurant, and Wharf Street Restaurant and Bar -- or try Boat House Bistro and Tapas Bar.  You may also want to explore a few art galleries such as Studio 53 Gallery, Abacus, or Boothbay Regional Arts Foundation.  Why not sample some local ice cream, visit a few craft shops, or just sit on a bench to enjoy the sea breezes and people watch?

We’ll depart for home at 4:00 PM.
