Article V: Discriminatory Harassment Procedures

The Director of Community Standards or designee may appoint an inde­pendent investigator to investigate allegations of student misconduct involv­ing discriminatory harassment. The independent investigator will provide recommendations to the Director of Community Standards regarding whether conduct charges should be filed. All informa­tion and relevant documentation gathered by the independent investigator shall be given to the Director of designee and may be used as evidence in a student conduct case.
