Answers

  1. What do I need to do if I notice my scholarship money isn't showing up in my account?

If you had an incident involving either an arrest or a conduct violation this is likely to be the reason your scholarship money is not showing up.  You are responsible for providing the Vice President for Student and Academic Services with documentation that describes the outcome of the incident.  This could be paperwork that is signed by the appropriate officials indicating that you have fulfilled your obligation, or a court document stating the decision made by the judge.  As soon as this is done, the VP will review the information and then communicate with Financial Aid to have your money reinstated (less the $500 one time penalty).  The sooner you bring this documentation in, the sooner you will know your status with regards to your scholarship money.
