This presentation will include a slide show of amazing and beautiful photos and commentary from Professor Drysdale's 2009 trip to over 10 different cities and villages across India.


Alasdair Drysdale

Alasdair Drysdale, Ph.D., U. of Michigan, is a professor of the geography at the University of New Hampshire. He has published widely, especially on subjects related to North Africa and the Middle East. He won the 1999 Lindberg Prize, awarded to outstanding teacher and scholar in the College of Liberal Arts. His research interests include political geography, human geography, population and development.
