Program Description:

This program guides participants through an exploration of leadership principles and practices, and an examination of their own personal leadership strengths and improvement opportunities. Participants return to their organizations with enhanced leadership skills and awareness, and better prepared to lead their organizations to success.

Tuck Pescosolido

Anthony (Tuck) Pescosolido is an associate professor of organizational behavior and management in the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire. He specializes in leadership development, group and team effectiveness, and the influence of emotional competence on individuals and teams.
