Paul Harvey

Paul Harvey is an assistant professor in the department of business management at the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire. He received his Ph.D. in organizational behavior from Florida State University in 2006 and also holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from SUNY-Binghamton. He has worked as a financial analyst and recruiter and has owned and operated a home improvement company. His research interests focus on the influence of perceptions and emotions on employees’ workplace behaviors, with the goal of understanding how cognitive factors affect employees’ levels of motivation and performance.
