Program Description:

Integrating physical education classes, class trips, after school programs, and community recreation departments, so physically disabled students and their non-disabled peers can play and learn in a barrier free environment.

Thomas Carr, BS, U. of New Hampshire, is a clinical instructor for the Northeast Passage program at the University of New Hampshire. He specializes in access and accessibility issues and sports development for special needs athletes.
