Aerobics/Exercise Class of Various Types - Lecture/Practical Training
Program Description:
Where do you begin an exercise program? What types of activities should you do? Cardiovascular training or strength training? Start with a participatory lecture on a topic of interest and finish with some practical experience and a desire to get fit and/or keep going with an existing program. This program may include music, PowerPoint presentation and even group exercise!
