Is It Whole Grain?
Whole grain foods are an important part of a healthful diet. Recommendations are to eat at least 3 servings of whole grain foods each day but most Americans eat less than one. Is multi-grain bread whole grain? Are most dark breads whole grain? How can you use the food product package to answer these questions? This interactive and "hands-on" program will focus on 3 quick and easy steps you can take to find and choose whole grain foods in the grocery store.
