Marie Morganelli ’19

Marie Morganelli ’18 is one of the many UNH graduates who landed a job before commencement. She’ll start full-time at the Boston-based Pri-Med™ 10 days after graduation. Morganelli, of Milford, Massachusetts, interned with the company during the summer of 2017 and the winter of 2018.

Pri-Med™ helps doctors meet their continuing education requirements through medical conferences the company hosts around the country. A recreation management and policy major with a program and event management option, Morganelli will be working as an education project coordinator. While at UNH, she has been involved with Friends in Action and Autism Speaks.

Morganelli encourages incoming students to explore their options. “If there’s a class you might be interested in, take it,” she says. “Don’t be so set on one major, one idea, just because you don’t know where you’ll end up or because you think you need to know where you were going. Try different things.”

Morganelli says what she will miss most about UNH is going to class.

“When you first start school, you don’t want go class. Then you start enjoying it — you have really good conversations with upper classmen,” she says. “It will be hard not having those people in close proximity. I’m going to miss that."
