Who is eligible?

First and foremost, you'll need to determine whether or not you are eligible to participate.

Undergraduate Research Awards (URA)

Undergraduate at UNH or UNHM
Minimum cumulative grade-point average of 2.0
Enrolled in a baccalaureate degree program

Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowships (SURF)

Undergraduate at UNH or UNHM
3.0 cumulative grade-point average at time of application
At least sophomore status at time of application for SURF USA
At least junior status at time of application for SURF Abroad
Enrolled in a UNH baccalaureate program

International Research Grants (IROP)

3.0 cumulative grade-point average at time of application
At least sophomore status at time of application
Matriculation in a baccalaureate program
Presence on campus the semester before and after the IROP summer
Demonstration of appropriate foreign language competency OR ability to acquire such competency during the academic year prior to the research experience

Study Abroad Research Grants

3.0 cumulative grade-point average at time of application
Enrolled at UNH or UNHM

Research Experience and Apprenticeship Program (REAP)

First-year Honors Program student, must be nominated by an instructor

Matriculation in a UNH degree program

Honors Thesis Grants

Honors Program student, must actively be working on thesis

Research Presentation Grants

Enrolled in a UNH baccalaureate program
