Welcome! Club Softball
debuted at UNH in the spring of 2001. The team is a student-run organization
made up of 12 to 14 players. We play a fall season and conduct practices and
fundraising through the spring. The UNH Club Softball team is a member of the
The Yankee Small College Conference which includes New Hampshire Technical
Institute, Southern Maine Community College, Central Maine Community College,
and Hesser College. Outside of conference play, UNH plays a competitive
schedule against Div II and Div III schools from around New England. Past
opponents have included Colby Sawyer College, Plymouth State College, Dartmouth
College, St. Anselm College, St. Joseph's College, and St. Michael's College.
Home games are held at the Riverside Park in Rochester, New Hampshire. Tryouts
are held at the beginning of the fall semester and practices are held 3 times a
week, with double-header games on the weekends.
