Welcome to the Psychology Department. Our department is housed mainly in Conant Hall, with additional offices in Nesmith Hall, and research labs located in Brook Way and Huddleston Hall. We have 20 full-time, tenured or tenure-track faculty members as well as ten teaching or research faculty members. Our department is also home to over 700 undergraduates, as well as 28 graduate students.

PSYC 591 - Forensic Psychology: 5/20-6/21 e-course
This course focuses on the relationship between applied psychology and the criminal justice system. There are two primary areas of focus: 1) The role that psychologists play as consultants in criminal trial proceedings including topics such as the insanity defense and competency evaluation; 2) An examination of the psychology of criminal behavior including such topics as criminal profiling, psychopathy, and the psychology of serial crime.
