Performance Opportunities

The UNH Theatre & Dance Department offers a wide variety of performance opportunities.  All UNH students are welcome to audition.  Whether your majoring in theatre or you have a different major but want to participate in the theatre experience, we have opportunities for all types of students.

5-6 Main Stage Productions: We produce 5-6 productions each year covering a wide variety of genres and styles. Included each year is our annual Dance Company Concert and one to two musicals. 

Student Showcase Performances: Each semester, showcases in Musical Theatre, Dance, Aerial Dance, & Puppetry are presented by majors and non-majors alike.

Spring and Summer Tours: The department produces two theatre tours for youth annually.  

Senior Capstone Projects: All senior students are required to complete a project that encapsulates all that they have learned while studying at UNH. A variety of students are often needed for these projects. 

Mask & Dagger Dramatic Society: A completely student-run organization that produces a season of performances.  While separate from the department, the organization is made up mostly of Theatre & Dance majors.
