Singing the Week of the Young Child

UNH’s under-undergraduates, the preschool children and kindergarteners who attend the university’s Child Study and Development Center, serenaded campus last week with their annual community sing in Murkland Courtyard. As nursery teacher Beth Gachowski and toddler teacher EJ Albin led songs, the children were joined by parents and other more mature members of the UNH community. The event, marking the national Week of the Young Child, aims to focus wider attention on the needs of young children and their families.
