Flu Clinics Oct. 5, 10 & 25

The UNH Office of Human Resources, in collaboration with Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, is offering seasonal flu vaccinations for faculty, staff and their dependents (age 4 and over) on the following dates:

  • Wednesday, Oct. 5, 6:30 a.m.–11 a.m., MUB Room 338/340
  • Monday, Oct. 10, 11 a.m.–5 p.m., MUB Room 338/340
  • Tuesday, Oct. 25, 10 a.m.–2 p.m. MUB Room 237. The Benefits and Services Fair takes place the same day, 10:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.

Each participant will receive a consent form with information about the vaccine upon registering.  Anyone under 18 requires a parent's signature. 

The 2011-2012 flu vaccine will protect against three viruses: influenza A (H1N1), influenza A (H3N2), and an influenza B.

Harvard Pilgrim is partnering with Maxim Health to provide the clinics for Harvard Pilgrim and non-Harvard Pilgrim subscribers. There is no out-of-pocket cost to Harvard Pilgrim subscribers and their dependents who show a Harvard Pilgrim ID. For non-Harvard Pilgrim subscribers, the cost will be $25 by cash or check made out to Maxim Health.

UNH Health Services is offering flu vaccinations for students Oct. 5, 10 a.m.–5 p.m., Granite State Room, MUB.  Faculty and staff may attend this clinic as well.  $25 fee.

No cost for Harvard Pilgrim HealthCare (HPHC) subscribers who show a valid HPHC card.  For non-Harvard Pilgrim subscribers, payment to UNH Health Services can be made by credit card (MasterCard/Visa), check, cash or CATS Cache.
