IT Academic Technology Offers Technology in Teaching Informational Sessions

UNH IT Academic Technology (AT) is hosting a series of sessions highlighting specific technologies and approaches faculty can explore to support integrating technology in their teaching.

Topics include:

Oct. 10: Mathematica tools and functionality, 2 -3 p.m. Kingsbury N101
Oct. 21: Lecture capture: faculty perspectives, 10-11:30 a.m., MUB 203
Oct. 27: What's up with tablet PCs? An Alternative to the Chalkboard, 12:30-2 p.m. Dimond Library 421
Nov. 1: Blackboard mobile learn, 1- 2 p.m., MUB 203
Nov. 2: Apple iPad, 1:30-3:30 p.m., MUB Theatre I
Nov. 4: Using mobile devices as part of teaching, 10 a.m.-11:30 a.m., MUB 338/340
Nov.16: Faculty technology digital poster session, 12:30-2 p.m., MUB Entertainment Center

The sessions provide an opportunity for faculty and staff to talk with colleagues about their experiences adopting technology tools and to learn more about AT services available to aid in adopting and using instructional technology.
