USNH Financial Affairs functions currently housed in
Elizabeth Demeritt House are moving to the Dunlap Center
We will be joining the other Chancellor's Office functions in Lee
WHAT WILL BE CHANGING:
- • All Accounting and Treasury Services functions will be moving to Dunlap
- • PCards will be picked up at Dunlap (special arrangements can be made for card pickup on campus if necessary)
- • "Hold and Call" payments and Express checks will be picked up at Dunlap
- • Deposit slips for People's Bank depository account will be picked up at Dunlap
WHAT WILL NOT BE CHANGING:
- • All your Accounting and Treasury contacts will remain the same
- • All phone and fax numbers will be the same (see next page)
- • The Disbursement Services and FAST departments will remain at One Leavitt Lane
- • The Purchasing and Internal Audit Departments will remain at 11 Brook Way
- • All checkprinting will continue to be performed at One Leavitt Lane
EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE ABOVE CHANGES:
- • November 10, 2011
WHY ARE WE MAKING THIS CHANGE?
- • This change will help make us a more efficient operation and save $$
