Council Chairs Support President Huddleston

Dear Editor:

We are writing to offer our full confidence in and support for President Mark Huddleston to lead UNH during these difficult financial times we face as an institution, in New Hampshire and the United States.  As employees, we must use our voices and not let a small minority be the only voice in the future of UNH.  Reductions in our retirement and medical packages are not ideal, but if it helps USNH succeed and prevent job losses so be it. President Huddleston has said on many occasions he wants UNH to be a fair and equitable place to work for ALL EMPLOYEES, and we are committed to collaborating towards that end.  We encourage all employees of UNH who share our sentiments to let their voices be heard and tell the USNH Board of Trustees you support the work of President Huddleston.
