Know a student who has a good story to tell? If so, the Create Your Own Story initiative from Residential Life is seeking nominations. Create Your Own Story recognizes current students who are making their UNH experience a success by taking strides to shape their education.

Ten students are recognized each year. While their stories are different, all share a common theme : a deep desire to claim their education at UNH. April Dodier-Bergeron, for example , is a medical laboratory science major who is taking pre-med courses while holding down a part-time job, and fulfilling her Army ROTC commitment. Kurt Eddins, a double major in economics and political science, is on the golf team and Student Senate.

The initiative exists not only to highlight dedicated students but also to inspire their peers to take advantage of all that UNH has to offer.

The preferred deadline for nominations is Dec. 23, 2011, however, nominations will be accepted through Jan. 28, 2012.
