Letter to the Editor: Alums Support President Huddleston

To the Editor:

We are writing to commend President Mark Huddleston for his recent forthright testimony before the state Senate Finance Committee. Those of us who love the university – from both near and far – are particularly struck by his candor in articulating the challenges facing the state and the broader fiscal issues facing public higher education.

UNH is a strong university and Mark Huddleston is a strong leader. We will weather this storm. We encourage our alumni and friends to join us in standing behind President Huddleston in supporting public higher education in the Granite State. We must do this now, and for the future.

Keep UNH strong!
