Parking Permits Renew for Automatic Enrollees

An e-mail has been sent to employees who participate in the automatic payroll deduction parking permit renewal program as a reminder that the $50 fee will be subtracted from their paychecks.
Parking permits expire Aug. 31 and are automatically renewed Sept. 1 for those who participate in the renewal program, providing they have no unpaid parking tickets or changes to their account.
Notices will not be mailed to permit holders as they have been in previous years. The e-mail alert is the only reminder.
Changes in any personal information—name, address, vehicle or license plate—need to be made with Transportation Services; changes reported to Human Relations are not picked up by the parking database.
Anyone wishing to opt out of the automatic renewal plan should contact Transportation Services before Sept.1. Eligible employees may pay with a check or money order, or in person with a credit card (Visa/MC) or cash. Checks should be payable to UNH. There is no pre-tax benefit in this option, and payment must be made in full ($50) in one payment.
If you are new to the university or are applying for a parking permit for the first time, you need to have documentation of eligibility (letter of hire, etc.). New employees may be eligible for a free two-week temporary permit while awaiting their first paycheck.
Parking regulations are posted at https://www.unh.edu/transportation.
