Due to high interest levels, USNH Healthy Returns has added Nov. 23, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., as an additional section for employees to participate in the program. In the Squamscott Room, Holloway Commons. To visit https://www.harvardpilgrim.org/
Healthy Returns, a program sponsored by USNH Human Resources and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, targets five important health areas: blood pressure control, weight management, cholesterol management, glucose management, smoking cessation.
It takes about 30 minutes to complete the program.
All participants will receive a VISA gift card. New participants receive a $25 Visa gift card at the first session just for participating. Returning participants receive a $10 Visa gift card for participating in the Healthy Returns program.
If you reach one of your goals, you'll receive an extra $15 for a total of $25. For participating and meeting two goals, you will receive a $50 gift card.
