Carsey Promotions

The Carsey Institute recently announced the promotion of Barbara Wauchope to director of evaluation, and Marybeth Mattingly to director of research on vulnerable families.
Wauchope will lead Carsey’s successful evaluation program, overseeing the wide range of ongoing research, planning future evaluation, and leading the team of faculty and students conducting rigorous evaluations for organizations in the region and nationally.
Mattingly will work with Carsey’s research faculty, tenure track partners across the university, and experts in the field to develop timely analyses of issues that affect children and families at risk. She will coordinate with the Hatcher Group in Washington, D.C. to focus research on current policy debate or needs, and to get research results in the hands of decision makers.
