Morning at the Landfill

While her colleagues enjoyed the pomp and circumstance of UNH's 2009 commencement, Media Relations’ Beth Potier hung out with seagulls and turkey vultures at the Turnkey Landfill in Rochester, helping to ensure that a live shot into commencement went off without a hitch. Which it did. Commencement -- and most of UNH's operations -- are running on purified landfill gas piped from here to campus.
