Provide Your Feedback on Strategic Planning – March 31
March 25, 2009
An open forum Tuesday, March 31, will offer the campus community an opportunity to learn more about and provide feedback on the work of the nearly 200 faculty, staff, administrators, graduate and undergraduate students, and community members who are involved in the university’s strategic planning process. The forum will run from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. in the fifth floor reading room of Dimond Library.
From 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. members of the steering committee and each of the nine working groups will be available to talk about their efforts and answer questions. Members of each working group as well as the charge they received can be found at http://www.unh.edu/strategicplanning/.
At 12:30 p.m. President Mark Huddleston will speak about the yearlong strategic planning process and host a conversation about the work to date and the plan for moving forward. A final plan is expected to be in place by September.
From 2-3 p.m. members of each group will remain available for questions and feedback. Comment cards will be available and feedback can also be sent to strategic.planning@unh.edu.
“In difficult economic times, a shared commitment to our academic, research and outreach missions can help us move forward,” said Senior Vice Provost Lisa MacFarlane. “Your participation is important; we hope you can attend for all or part of the session.”
