UNH Theatre & Dance Department Receives Award

The Theatre and Dance department recently received a special merit award from the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival, host to more than 60 universities and colleges from all over New England.

UNH earned an award for “outstanding ensemble” for the production “Ubu Roi.”  Additionally, the UNH ensemble-created play “I C NO Arlecchino” was one of six productions presented at the festival.

And, three UNH students advanced to the semi-final rounds of the annual acting scholarship competition, out of a field of approximately 100 competitors.
