Passing- Dottie Kittredge

Dorothy "Dottie" Kittredge, 60, who worked at UNH for more than 30 years, died on Sunday, March 22.
Most recently, Kittredge was employed in the dean’s office at the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences. She was widely known throughout the university community for her professionalism, kindness, and enthusiasm for UNH sports. Her compassionate spirit touched countless students, faculty and staff during these past three decades.
Kittredge lived in Rochester for the past 32 years where she spent countless hours volunteering at youth and high school sports, and was particularly dedicated to Special Olympics.
She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas Kittredge, in 1987. Members of her family include her son, Brett Kittredge and his wife, Andrea, of Denver, Colo.; her daughter, Tracey Kittredge of Erie, Colo.; her brothers, Brian Dodge of Keene, and Kevin Dodge of Granada Hills, Calif.; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held Friday, April 3, at 11 a.m. at Saint Mary's Church on Lowell Street in Rochester. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Seacoast Cancer Center at the Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover.
