Call for Presenters

The UNH Speakers Bureau is seeking applications for faculty and staff presenters to participate in the 9th Annual NH Department of Health and Human Services Conference on Aging to be held on May 28, 2009 at the Radisson Hotel in Manchester, NH.
The DHHS seeking presenters who can provide a 75-minute workshop on an informative topic on issues related to independence and aging. Topics can range from areas of wellness, nutrition, physical activity, volunteerism, assistive technology, budgeting, and memory loss. They are not limited to these topics and welcome other ideas.
The target audience is composed of primarily adults over the age of 60, but also includes professionals who work with, or on behalf of seniors, family caregivers and interested public officials.
An honorarium of $100 and lunch will be provided by the conference. Mileage expenses can be reimbursed by the UNH Speakers Bureau. You do not need to be a current Speakers Bureau member to submit an application to present at this conference. The application deadline is December 19th.
