OS Council Update

The OS Council is looking for new members to cover three open
districts: housekeeping, business affairs and the Alumni Center/New
England Center. UNH Manchester is considering a shared position
to make it easier for the representative to attend meetings
in Durham.
At its monthly meeting, the council was updated on recent
SPPC meetings which included discussions on shift differential
payments and the possibility of updating the amount paid, and
the continued debate on longevity pay.
Next month, Dining Services nutritionist Rochelle L’Italien will talk to the representatives about health eating habits
as the council focuses on health and wellness issues for its
constituents.
