Exhibitions Through April 7:
The Disasters of War by Goya: Selections from the Georgia Museum of Art. Forty etchings by Francisco de Goya (Spanish, 1794-1828) are featured from his series, “The Disasters of War,” documenting the brutality of the Peninsular War (1808-1814) between Spanish guerrilla forces and occupying French troops in Spain and Portugal.
New Hampshire Art Association 59th Annual Exhibition
Works by 70 members of the New Hampshire Art Association, including painting, sculpture, photography, printmaking, drawing, and watercolor, are presented in this juried exhibition.

2007 Senior B.A. and B.F.A Exhibition
This annual exhibition celebrates the achievements of graduating art students from the department of art and art history. Works by candidates for the Bachelor of Fine Arts degree will be featured, including: Jason P. Bombaci, Maggie Cedarstrom, Chris Hobbs, Ryan Murphy, and Nathaniel Raymond.

2007 M.F.A. Thesis Exhibition (I)
Two candidates for Master of Fine Arts degrees in painting, Sarah Meyers and James Rohal, present work representing the culmination of their two-year program. This exhibition is cosponsored by the department of art and art history.

2007 M.F.A. Thesis Exhibition (II)
Two final candidates for Master of Fine Arts degrees in painting; Michelle Arnold and Jamie Bowman each have developed a cohesive body of work to present in this thesis exhibition. This exhibition is cosponsored by the department of art and art history.

April 4 - Slide lecture: “Building a Museum for All of New Hampshire: The Expansion of the Collection and Facilities at the Currier Museum of Art” by Andrew Spahr, chief curator, Currier Museum of Art.
April 25 - gallery talk: M.F.A. candidates Sarah Meyers and James Rohal discuss their work.

Hidden Treasures Auction
Saturday, June 23, at the Art Gallery, Paul Creative Arts Center. Preview from 6 to 7 p.m. with the auction from 7 to 9 p.m. $35 per person; $60 per couple in advance.
A special evening of art and antiques which includes an auction of approximately twenty “pirate’s treasure chests,” each decorated by a professional regional artist. Guest auctioneer for the evening’s festivities will be Devin Moisan of Devin Moisan Auctioneers, Inc., Dover. Hidden Treasures is organized by members of The Art Gallery’s board of advisors and volunteers.
Parking for all Paul Creative Arts Center events is available to visitors in C Lot (across from the Mill Road Shopping Center) at $1.00 per hour.
