Development Grants Awarded

Three COLA faculty members have received development grants from the Provost’s
Office. They include William Kempster, music department, for his proposal “Symphonic
Workshops Concert in Europe,” Sean Moore, English department, for
his proposal “Money, Power and Print: Interdisciplinary Studies of
the Financial Revolution,” and
Joel Hartter, geography department, for his proposal “Impacts of
a Forest Park on Rural Livelihoods.”
Recipients of Junior Faculty Fellowships from the Center for the Humanities
include Jeannie Sowers and Mary Malone of the political science department.
