Bring Me the Sunflower Crazed By Light (Eugenio Montale)

The sunflowers are in bloom at Kingman Farm on Route 155 in Madbury, covering some four acres. They were planted to explore the feasibility of using locally grown plants to make biodiesel that could then be used on area farms.

Lee farmer Dorn Cox has partnered with UNH to use the sunflower fuel to run his farm equipment and as feed for his livestock.
