Celebration planned for Jim Cerny
Please join us for a celebration in honor of Jim Cerny’s career at the university. Jim joined the Geography Department in 1973 and has been a member of the CIS Enterprise Computing Group for the past 25 years. The event will be held on Monday, Dec. 15, from 3:30 to5:30 p.m. in the 1925 Room of the Elliott Alumni Center. Farewell reception for Amy Lechko
Please join the Center for Academic Resources (CFAR) staff in celebrating the achievements and contributions of our colleague, Amy Lechko. Stop by CFAR (Wolff House) Tuesday, Dec. 16 between 12:30 and 4 p.m. to say goodbye and thank Amy for 10 years of service to UNH.

Reception held for Caroline MacDonald
University Hospitality Services will host a retirement celebration Dec. 17, from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. in the Swamscott Room at Holloway Commons for Caroline MacDonald’s contributions and commitment to UHS and UNH. All staff are encouraged to bring their funny stories and anecdotes and wish Caroline a fond farewell as she departs from our UHS family.

UNH Celebrates GIS Day

Hosted by the NH Space Grant Consortium and the Complex Systems Research Center, GIS Day focuses on educating professionals, students and the public about geo-spatial science technologies and promoting career and educational opportunities.
