Tony Rodriguez attended the University of New Hampshire as a Hospitality Major in the Whittemore School of Business and Economics.  While at UNH, he was the President and Founder of the University of New Hampshire Chapter of the National Society of Minorities in Hospitality (NSMH) and in 1995 he became the first Hispanic person to be elected Chairperson of the National Society of Minorities in Hospitality.  He also served as a member of Eta Sigma Delta (International Hospitality Management Society) In 1996 Tony received the prestigious Melvin Sandler Award for outstanding contribution by a Hospitality student. 

Rodriquez joined the Four Seasons Boston in 1996 as a direct placement from the University of New Hampshire.  In his 12+ year career he has worked at the Four Seasons Boston, Houston, Philadelphia and Miami, where he currently serves as the Director of Marketing.  Throughout his hospitality career, he has held a variety of operations and sales positions.  Rodriguez has served as a member of the Advisory Board of the National Society of Minorities in Hospitality from 1997 – 2006 and has also served on the board of the Philadelphia Multicultural Affairs Congress from 2003-2005 and the board of the Houston Arthritis Youth Foundation from 2001-2003.  Outside of work, Tony spends time with his family and enjoys playing softball, golf and tennis.
