Jeff Nichols, Class of 1973

Jeff Nichols is founding director of Community Service Alliance, a non profit faith-based social service agency working with men coming out of homelessness.  He most recently served as its Board President.  Previously, Jeff was a founding partner of Sentenia Inc., a consulting firm working with non-profit organizations specifically in the areas of strategic planning & implementation, HR management, organizational development, team building, and board development. 

Jeff spent 9 years as an elementary and adult education teacher and then 15 years in financial services, most recently at KeyCorp in Cleveland, Ohio where he was the manager of retail training. Among other volunteer endeavors, Jeff is past Board President of New Life Community, a faith-based transitional housing organization providing holistic support for homeless and jobless families. 

Jeff and his wife Cathy of 32 years live in suburban Cleveland, OH and have two grown sons.
