Southeast Residential Community (SERC) Building A 
SERC A is home to 326 students. SERC A provides a mixture of 4, 5, 6 and 7 person suites and areas of more traditional student housing of double rooms surrounding a common lounge and bathroom. The majority of room types are 4 person suites - two double rooms sharing a bathroom. The building offers interior common space including main lounges, floor lounges, laundry facilities, and kitchens. This residential building is air conditioned and has a full-sized basketball court behind the building.
