Apartment Process Information
Welcome! We’re thrilled that you’re planning to come back to the apartments! As you know, it is very important that you pay attention to all deadlines and requirements in order to participate in the apartment selection process. We want you to live here again next year and we hope that you get the apartment you prefer, but neither will happen if you don’t follow all the instructions and deadlines provided to you.
The first critical step is to complete your on-line housing reapplication. All current residents who wish to return to on-campus housing for the 2008/2009 academic year must reapply. This form will be available beginning February 11th by logging in to your Blackboard account and clicking on the Webcat/Student Services tab. Deadline to reapply is 2:00pm on Tuesday, February 26th!
The second critical step is paying your $500 housing deposit.

Services - paper deposit bills will not be mailed.
The $500 deposit will be applied towards your fall
semester housing charges. If you choose to
cancel your housing agreement after submitting a
deposit, a refund schedule applies. Details are
