Traditional Residence Halls (with or without AC)

Traditional residence hall buildings are set up in a corridor style with rooms on the floor sharing one or two community bathrooms. All residence hall rooms are equipped with a twin bed, dresser, desk, and chair for each occupant, as well as a closet, window covering, and cable TV. Conference Traditional Roomgroup coordinators may choose to request linen service for their group as well as arrange for phone service through the UNH Telecommunications Office.

Each traditional residence hall building is equipped with laundry and vending machines. There are lounges in all buildings some carrying wireless internet. Most halls have kitchen facilities suitable for snack or refreshment preparation. A meal plan is required for all summer guests and the dining hall operates on shorter hours during the summer.

Suite-Style Residence Hall (with or without AC)

SERC (Southeast Residential Community) and Mills Hall offers air-conditioned accommodations for summer guests. SERC may also offer non-airconditioned accomodations. SERC features suite-style living (4, 5, and 8 person suites) with all suites offering shared Summer Conference Suitebaths and the larger suites, many with window seats, offering a shared living space. Bedrooms within the suites contain one twin bed, dresser, desk, and chair for each occupant, a shared mirror, cable TV and data connections. Both facilities offer many amenities to make your stay comfortable including laundry facilities, vending machines, and elevators. Each area features multiple lounges with wireless internet access and a shared kitchen on the first floor. A meal plan is required for all summer guests and the dining hall operates on shorter hours during the summer.


The apartments offer approximately 200 summer bed spaces in apartments housing 4, 5, or 6 guests. All apartments are wired for cable TV and have full kitchen facilities (kitchenware not provided). Meal plans are not required when staying in on campus apartments.Summer Conference Apartment. Linen services are optional and are not included in the cost of the apartment rental. The apartment complex also offers a service desk for check-in and phone messages, a laundry room, and lounge space available on a reservation basis for meetings, meals, and informational activities at a minimal charge.
