Summer is rolling around and that means heading home from school and finding a new workout routine. While some people might have membership at a gym at home, many people find working out in the house or outside to be a better option. If you are looking for workout inspiration, look no further!
Running is a simple but effective way to burn calories as well as improve leg strength and cardiovascular health. Try running through neighborhoods or if you are looking for a bit more adventure try running on trails through the woods.
