Yoga

Free yoga classes are offered on Wednesdays and Fridays in the MUB from 12-1pm to students.

How To Access:

No registration is required. Bring your own yoga mat or towel. Classes are Wednesdays and Fridays, 12 noon-1pm, Wildcat Den, MUB.

Wellness educators/counselors are available to discuss stress management. Education, the resource library, and online resources are also available. Education/information and services are free to the UNH Community. Counseling is available to students who have paid the health fee, at no additional cost. For students who have not paid the health services fee, there is an additional cost.

Wellness educators/counselors are available to discuss sleep and stress management. Education, the resource library, and online resources also available. Education/information services are free to the UNH Community. Counseling is also available to students who have paid the health fee, at no additional cost. Seasonal Affective Disorder Light Therapy

Light therapy is one form of treatment for Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). Sitting in front of a light box is just one way to cope. Most studies show that about 75% of individuals who experience with SAD feel improvement when using light therapy within a couple days to a few weeks. Health Services offers free light therapy to current UNH students, UNH/USNH employees and their dependents.

Grief Support

Education, a Resource Library, and online resources are available to students experiencing grief and loss.

Use the Resource Library, or if you would like to speak with someone about struggles with grief and emotional wellness,  please call 862-3823 or make an appointment online.

Gambling Cessation

Wellness educators/counselors are available to provide counseling and resources to students who are concerned about their gambling, and is free for students who have paid the health fee. There is a fee for students who have not paid the health fee. Free education and information is available for concerned family and friends through the Resource Library at Health Services and through online resources.
