Cardiac Prevention Program

The Cardiac Prevention Program is an exercise and wellness program for individuals with one or more risk factors for cardiovascular disease (CVD). The program functions to decrease the participant's risk for CVD while improving his or her overall wellness through exercise and educational discussions. Exercise testing and prescription are developed and modified according to each individual's needs and goals. The initial program cost is $200 for the pre- and post-program health and fitness assessments and 24 exercise sessions.
