What do you do to make a Healthy UNH? I make healthy choices at the dining hall and encourage others to do so as well. I also try to get involved around campus to meet new people, have fun and relieve stress.

What place in the world do you most want to visit? Ireland and England

Favorite Dining Hall: Philbrook (aka Philly), because I feel it has a great layout, many choices and you can get omelets all day!

What do you love about UNH? The friends I’ve made here, the awesome atmosphere and the beautiful campus!

As a Healthy UNH Intern, what are you most excited about? I’m excited to be involved with a program that promotes health and well-being in all aspects. I’m also excited to learn more about fun, healthy things going on around campus and sharing the information with others!

The American Public Health Association’s National Public Health Week, taking place this April 7th- 13th, emphasizes the importance of ensuring that you, your family, and your community are equipped during emergencies and disasters. When in times of crisis or disaster, it is only humane for us to feel a sense of panic or fear when dealing with difficult situations.

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month!

During the month of April, the UNH community as well as many other communities across the nation will be participating in Sexual Assault Awareness Month.The National Sexual Violence and Resource Center states that the Sexual Assault Awareness Month is intended to “raise public awareness about sexual violence and to educate communities and individuals on how to prevent sexual violence.”
