What do you do to make a Healthy UNH? I want students to gain a better understanding about moderation of certain foods. When it comes to eating junk foods, it is not recommended to have them everyday, but every once in a while is not a problem. Students should reward themselves every once and a while with a favorite treat.

Favorite Food: Shrimp & Vegetable Stir Fry

Favorite Movie: The Wedding Singer

Favorite Book:  The Help

What place in the world do you most want to visit? New Zealand

Favorite Dining Hall: Hoco (Holloway Commons)

What do you love most about UNH? I love the community of students and how I immediately feel at home to moment I step onto campus.

As a Healthy UNH Intern, What are you most excited about? As a Healthy UNH intern I am excited about representing my school in a positive light and to be a part of something I truly believe in.

The sport is fairly easy to pick up and it is a blast to play!

She spoke about what Health Services has to offer, and I was completely blown away. She emphasized that they have recently hired two new massage therapists to keep up with the student demand, and now individual meditation lessons are offered.
