The summer is over and school has finally started up again. For some this may be their last year and for others it may be their first. While we are all excited to be here on campus, we all recognize that we have quite busy schedules. We have to manage going to class, hanging out with the friends we haven’t seen all summer, doing school work and somehow still manage to get some sleep. For many, their days are so busy that they don’t even want to think about physical activity.
