American Red Cross Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor Courses

The purpose of the American Red Cross Lifeguard Training course is to teach participants the knowledge and skills needed to prevent and respond to aquatic emergencies. The course content and activities prepare participants to recognize and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and prevent drowning and injuries. This course includes First Aid, CPR for the Professional Rescuer-Lifeguard, and AED. Available to the public and fee based.
